Mac Made Easy, Inc. is dedicated to providing excellence in service for the Macintosh community, on Oahu and in the entire State of Hawaii. As the Apple Specialist for the island of Oahu, and the Apple Dispatch Carrier for the outer islands, Mac Made Easy is entrusted with serving and enhancing the reputation of Apple, Inc. throughout the Hawaiian islands.
In business since 1992, Mac Made Easy has spent the intervening years providing the best Apple Macintosh support and has grown, as a company, to encompass the diverse responsibilities that such a reputation entails. Providing onsite and carry-in warranty services, general repair and maintenance, and retail sales of new computers and computer equipment, Mac Made Easy aims to be your one-stop-shop for all things Mac.
About Our Stores
Mac Made Easy operates 5 stores within the state of Hawaii.
Kailua
Found on Windward Oahu just upon entering Kailua from the Pali Highway. This small store is our base of operations, our Windward Oahu retail location, and handles a significant amount of service traffic. This store used to be located on Hekili Street, and before that we were located on the corner of School St and Nuuanu Ave in Honolulu. Its start was in Manoa.
Kapolei
Our newest location, located in the Kapolei Marketplace near Safeway. This store provides sales and service to those in west Oahu who find it more convenient than visiting town.
Hilo
Located in downtown Hilo by the waterfront, Mac Made Easy has served the needs of Mac users all over the island of Hawaii. This location handles retail and service, including onsite, for the eastern side of Hawaii.
Kailua-Kona
In the hills of Kona behind Costco, this store provides sales and service for the western side of Hawaii.
Kauai
The island's only Apple Specialist, Mac Made Easy provides much-needed sales, service, training and onsite work for Kauai. This location is in an old hospital building adjacent to Hilo Hattie's and Wal-Mart in Lihue.
AppleCare Dispatch Services
Mac Made Easy services AppleCare onsite dispatches for the entire state of Hawaii. This includes the island of Maui, and very limited service is also provided to Molokai and Lanai.
